Würdet ihr bei einem Fertigbauhaus Solaranlage sofort mitbestellen?

Durch die Solarthermie werden max. 100,- bis 200,- € erwirtschaftet. D.h. die Amortisation dauert sehr lange.

Ich würde darauf verzichten, insbesondere wenn es darum geht einen KfW Standard zu erreichen.

Da ist die Solaranlage schnell eine Mogelpackung zum Schönrechnen.

Hallo Kurt,

die 100 bis 200 € von Parcus vergiss mal schnell. Der Gewinn solcher Anlagen hängt von vielen Faktoren wie z. B. Fläche, Leistungsfähigkeit der Zellen, Einspeisungsvergütung etc.ab. Und die sind hier gar nicht benannt worden. Für meine Begriffe macht eine Solaranlage beim Häuslebau nicht viel Sinn. Es sei denn Sie ziehen auf einem Bauernhof mit riesigen Dachflächen. Sorgen Sie lieber für Erdwärme (oder Wärmetauscher) Heizung sowie eine Wasserzisterne wo Sie das Regenwasser nutzen können. Denn Wasser wird in Zukunft auch mehr Geld kosten.

Hallo,

einen Solaranlage mit ca. 6 m ² für Warmwasser kostet ca. 4.500,-- € bei den meisten Herstellen von Fertighäusern oder Massivhäuser. Wenn du eine Heizungsunterstüzente einbauen lässt ca. 8.000,-- bis 9.000,-- €. Ich würde mir diese gleich einbauen lassen und spare halt bei den Türen oder ander Ausstattung. Die du später leichter Nachrüsten kannst. Wenn du keine jetzt einbauen willst lasse dir wenigsten die Solarvorbereitung machen.

Der Gewinn von den Anlagen ist nicht so einfach zu rechen.Aber du ersparst dir schon was in der Zukunft.
